Why

The Simonson Technique prepares the body to dance safely for any dance genre. The Simonson Technique explores the pedagogical aspects of stretching, skeletal alignment, the body-mind connection, and the use of weight, plie, and breath.

Who

This workshop is for dance teachers teaching all ages in all dance genres. Simonson Technique master teacher, Teresa Perez Ceccon, from NYC will be teaching the workshop for dance teachers.
